Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel License

The Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel license, also known as the
OUPV or 6-pack license, authorizes the authority to operate a vessel of

    been on ocean waters.

Inland Route
This route includes all inland waters.

To qualify for an Inland route the mariner needs to document 360 days of
    sea service experience.
